About

I am from Great Yarmouth - made in Great Yarmouth - and I’m proud to serve the town I call home. Representing the people of Bradwell North on Great Yarmouth Borough Council is an honour, and I am committed to ensuring our community thrives. I work hard to give Bradwell North and wider Great Yarmouth a strong voice in local government.

I have always been passionate about two things: helping people and politics—because when done right, the two go hand in hand. Over the years, I have served in various roles dedicated to public service, including as an advisor at Citizens Advice, Chair of Governors for a local primary school, Parochial Parish Council secretary, and a former board member of the Waveney Valley Academy Trust. I also had the privilege of serving as Chairman of Bradwell Parish Council, further deepening my commitment to local governance.

In my role as Cabinet Member for Economic Growth and Development, I help shape policies on transport, the local economy, strategic planning, and workforce development—key areas that drive opportunities for local people and businesses.

I am a Conservative councillor because I firmly believe in the principles of pragmatism, tradition, the rule of law, individual rights, and a responsible approach to public spending. These values guide every decision I make in the council, ensuring that resources are used wisely and in the best interests of the community.

Outside of politics, I am happily married with two wonderful children—a son and a daughter—as well as our beloved cat, Winston.

Looking ahead, I am committed to continuing my work as your councillor, standing up for our community, and helping to build a better future for Great Yarmouth—the place my family has always called home.
